When PRED fist applied to NASDAQ, and everything was put on hold b/c of the hit piece, NASDAQ had the opportunity to take a good solid look at everything and decide what parameters did or did not need to be met by PRED moving forward before they could uplist. And you better believe they took a good solid look. As did the SEC.

It is a false assumption so many of you, including shorts, have been making that our stock price needs to get to a certain level for a certain number of days before we can uplist. Actually, that’s not entirely true. I believe there are more than a few shorts who very much know this, but they also know many of you DON’T know it, and they’re attempting to take full advantage.

I know the waiting has been brutal.

Everyone needs to take a few deep breaths. Take a break from the board. Read a book. Try to get some exercise.

I know it’s difficult to believe, but this has already been decided, and longs are on the winning side.
