I've emailed: Company, CEO, former employees, everyone on any released phase 2, "partner companies," etc. -> at least twice.

Not a single person has responded, tells me two things:
1) There is an NDA
2) This thing is super dead and they dont want to waste their time

It can't be that no one would be willing to say "Hey, didn't live up to promises"
