A better game plan for PRED would be

Let the shorts get confident on Monday thinking that there is an issue and then drop the hammer! PR stating the order was fulfilled and payment received along with news of a follow-up order on Tuesday.

Then when some take a few dollars profit and try to knock it down Wednesday PRED can announce on Thursday FDA and EUA approval.

The following month or two PRED can announce new up listing to Nasdaq .

When flippers leave TMO can announce buyout of PRED in a few more months at 20 bucks and then the party begins.
