more sellers than buyers larger blocks on the sell side as seen in the bid & ask ques in combination with the charts & trend , news , market conditions ...the ratio of buyers to sellers .

Sometimes L2 goes completely positive like for Ipos NMX or HLYS first 1/2 hr of trading as they run many market order buys thru and momo players jumping in ...
