"The Company's financial statements are presented on a going concern basis, which contemplates the realization of assets and satisfaction of liabilities in the normal course of business. The Company has experienced losses from operations since inception, and as of August 31, 2006 has a working capital and total capital deficiency, which raise substantial doubt as to its ability to continue as a going concern."
Would you buy a new car if the dealer disclosed substantial doubt that the car would continue to operate?
Sorry about the recent cynicism, but the false press release and other issues, such as Data Commodities, the "Royal Water" label, and the continued lack of sales are troubling. How many more months can RSPG continue as a going concern without generating sales? The plant has supposedly been operational for approximately 6 months.
But I still own stock in this company, and I appreciate the opportunity to discuss and learn more about it here at Investorshub.com.
