3. The wins along the way, PTAB, CAFC, then PTAB again is conformation to the Judge, who may or may not me 100% familiar with this exact stuff, that this is in fact something legit.
There were numerous stops along the way back to her court that this could have been squashed, and killed.
It didn't,
sayng she will release a timeline, isn't what I wanted, I wanted an actual timeline now, but that is the next best thing.
SHe will map out what she wants done and when, and with the various issues, if they go into court 3 months in a row to settle various stuff, again that what we want, each one of those hurdles we overcome is just 1 more notch in the belt .
each one of those is a possible catalyst that people can see a date, and know, hey need to be in before then or after then if it goes well...
