I dont think its nothing really if you read all the bs stuff in the s1 and what not it looks liks this is needed to make sure they can stay on the otcqb, so im taking this to be a step in the right direction. Things are getting done behind the scenes just wr are kept out in the dark unfortunately. I hope something good comes put of this, i mean u pay all these people like accountants lawyers send paper to sec just to be a scam company??
