Yeah, him and how many other OTC CEO's have lawsuits against them from bitter shareholders? Where are these lawsuits listed you speak of? I am curious, not being critical to you.

MDCN was my first OTC stock 6 years ago... I have 11M shares with and average of T7. If I can even unload now and claim a little over $1000 I would do so but with continual no volume that even taking a 85% hit is a pipe dream. I did have a chance to get out once a year or two ago and I blew that opportunity but at that time Ken was bringing the stock back and pretty much instilling false hope in every bag holder. If there are class action lawsuits going on against him for what he has done I would jump on that. Which is why I asked where you got the info there are currently pending ones.

The man is pure scum and I would love to run into him in person. I tried being nice on twitter and asking him legit questions, and he talked down and name called me and other people for asking questions as of why he was not producing. So when he realized I wasn't gonna tolerate his shit, he blocked me. Then all the sudden he sells the ticker to a Cali real estate company who has done 0 with reaching out to shareholders.

Everything about this ticker MDCN has been a complete scam.
