Talked to the CEO. They have the JV agreement in hand (Chinese and English versions). A couple of minor issues to be sorted out. May be signed (by fax) before Christmas with formal ceremony in the new year or just the formal ceremnony in the new year.

On-going operations are being funded through small private placements.

Should have revenues coming in Q2 2007 at latest.

Insiders have a significant stake in the company through restricted shares.

Looks good to me.
