You'd think. However, the Order came very quickly after the company said they had a COVID-19 test. That was what prompted the suspension. The SEC has been extra twitchy because of all the fraudulent companies trying to take advantage of the pandemic, and I truly believe they acted on hearsay reported to them by enemies of the company, rather than completing a true investigation. That's the only thing that makes sense to me.
