Why arent insiders buying at these low prices that they created? Why has tomc never bought any shares? Why has dowling only bought a pittance?

hmmm... Close of quarter, numbers have not been reported, so a black out period is in effect for Officers. Tomc is not an officer, so you have no idea if he has purchased or not. It does not have to be reported; as well as stock options issued to him or any other employee as a bonus.
