Its quite unusual for a penny to be climbing on a thursday when most traders sell out for the weekend. $DECN must have something IN the works. Could it be Berman's product is something a bigger company is interested in and $DECN could be looking at not only an approved FDA test but a BUY OUT by a larger entity?
