Dear Brandon

ABMC filed a Form NT-10K on March 30, 2020 that our filing would be late due to impact from Covid-19. The original extension filing deadline has passed but, the SEC provided issuers with more time to file within an extension (presently until May 14, 2020).

I have contacted OCT Markets and requested they remove this from our quote page.

Hello I’m trying to buy some shares of ABMC however my brokerage will not allow me because there is a stop sign up on otc markets because the correct 8k was not filed possibly and or the late filing to the SEC! I really want to purchase some shares as well as many others I know but can’t. Can you please give me an update ASAP as to when this will be fixed please? Thank you kindly
