And how many have been issued since? And those guys who have those equivalent to 1¢ shares have to compete with these guys, among many others:

On March 16, 2020, the Company issued 12,000,000 shares of restricted common stock to a consultant for public relations services performed in October 2019.

Somebody got free shares to write up an awareness campaign.

Retail has a lot to compete with when it comes to PCTL's abusive share issuance.
