I went back to the 2018 year end and noted that Anshu had no common stock count, 100k of Series A and C stock and a voting power of 51.06%

So, for the year end 2019, he now has 142,500,000 of common stock and the A and C series stock did not change and the voting power is now at 60.5%.

There are of course two ways of looking at this change.

Is he accumulating shares to take complete control of this company to take it private because he has the ultimate voting power here? By purposely making moves to keep the stock price low to make it less expensive to accumulate shares from disgruntled investors who sell cheap just to get out?

Or is he really a "great guy who only has the shareholders best interest" and truly believes he can make a billion dollar company for all to prosper?
