Cheap Gas Prices - benefits only the lower class of population(the end users), the working class, those who work at the fast food chain, factories and wharehouse. Big Government and oil industry don't benefit, their profits shrink. And this lost profit is counted as a loss. That's the part I don't understand, how can anyone count a loss of anything that they have never had it to begin with. Maybe it would be batter expressed to say: loss of potential income/profit! ..???
