Niocorp’s team has done a superb job getting this project to the point we are now. They are putting in place the most modern and in many cases standardized equipment, techniques & technologies that are utilized in the mining and power/energy sectors today. The state and local communities have supported this project throughout the process. They have procured, ready and willing to go all the necessary construction and engineering companies that are ready to sign a contract one financing is announced. Niocorp/team has accomplished every goal along the way, we have all been watching :)! The 30 day comment period ending May 18th should go off without a hitch. Though not an engineer I have looked through report and along with my experience cannot find any shortfalls.
This should be the final push towards the big “F”... “just my opinion.”
