Royall laid out the case. Said SC doesn't matter because of different evidence, claims, etc. Said FTC case has more evidence and testimony so it favors the FTC.

McGuire listened to Royall and didn't ask any questions, but wrote a bunch.

After break, FTC attorney Oliver discussed the testimony. He cited the Kellys, Williams, Rhoden and others. Oliver said the disclosure policy could have been much clearer, we wish it were. And McGuire replied, "You're not the only one Mr. Oliver."

McGuire also asked Oliver when the sign-in sheet at Jedec came into play.

Stone will be up for Rambus when Oliver is finished.

Danforth, Horowitz, Eulau are there. So is Jack Robertson.
