to Strike [Doc. 66] Defendant Ali’s Counterclaim is GRANTED. Defendant Ali’s Pro Se Motions [Docs. 52, 55, 63] are DENIED as MOOT. In light of the Court’s ruling, the parties are DIRECTED to, in good faith, revisit the possibility of settlement and/or discuss dates for a hearing on damages and file a Status Report within thirty (30) days of this Order.
