Hi Randy. My take is they have the funds lined up to cover this greatly reduced fine. Waiting for more info from IR. I think this is huge news! This SEC thing has been hanging over the company for years. Now it is settled. Still 60 million shares short. They will be forced to cover when the 8K is released soon announcing this settlement and future strategy.
