Hasn't it been said many times before that there was only a few on the bid? No one converting is going to put down billions that you can see when computers can automatically just keep adding them. Never here of an iceberg? There are many more types available now for distributing shares.

I rarely look at level two but I trade stocks that move to fast for that any way.
