So is a software developed years back have any substance of value in today’s world. I ask because technology can change by the day/hour in today’s market.

Encrypt One is meaningless, unless they can show how it’s changed and kept up with the time changes. Otherwise! Investors probably could care less about it, with exception to recovering losses.
