Be very careful. I have always believed in the concept and technology. I got severely burned by the following:
1. I invested at the time of the first "saves". That was a fiasco circa 2012. The stock went up and down like a rock. I am now the proud holder of over 20K shares at a 75% loss.
2. This stock appears to be heavily manipulated. There are suspicious price rises and then the "till" opens and management sells shares with the result of a price drop.
3. Sweetheart deals are cut without notice to shareholders and new offers with warrants are issued.
4. The company has a history of failed partnerships going back to United Therapeutics.
5. Although a great case can be made for the concept and some initial clinical trials results, the stunning outcomes have not led to a viable product.

Just my thoughts but be very careful. PSTI has been a great stock for those who are players on a technical level but a disaster for long term investors. (except perhaps those on the inside of the company)
