On April 5th, AMLO spoke of Mexico’s public investment in energy of 339 billion pesos to occur “this next week”. He also said there were to be significant financial measures to be taken in May and June. That very well may be when our projects are announced, being foreign private investment in energy infrastructure.. unless the OPEC agreement calls for an expedited implementation of the Isthmus project.

Also, keep in mind, with much of Mexico being shutdown; reporters seem to be limited to what AMLO says. We aren’t getting interviews from Romo, Salazar, Nahle as we once were. Not that they were helpful to begin with haha.

Let’s either hope isthmus is on the fast track and being prepared for announcement in the coming days... or lets just close the door on expectations until June.. for sake of mind.
