@chrisanja It won't be the announcement of the up-listing. It won't move the pps. Taking into account that the shareholders are the losers in every plan outlined so far by the JPS holders or lawsuits, it will turn the tables. That's a bombshell.

@Black Reading not between, but combining the lines, not-my-suggested-themes... only when on NYSE... then I surmise a move to NYSE is the bombshell?! Okay. I agree. That would move the PPS. Moving to NASDAQ pinkies killed the PPS; a move back.... Arisen!
(signalled a death sentence on move out... signals a full pardon on the way back)

@Black Court cases tend not to move anything. Unless settlement, the news of "Ordered to release documents", "Set a date for hearing (in say Feb 2021)" or some such will not move the PPS. WIll be patient for the good news. 12 years of patience... what's 48 hours.
