A buyout? Lol...not that again.

This is a 100% scam ticker. It is only good for trading and even then that is risky because we have seen how the note holders operate. They run the price up and then out of nowhere dilute the ever living hell out of it leaving everyone holding bags.

There is a ton of aged convertible debt...
