An email response to my question on how it is going there from my brother who lives in Hong Kong.

Not normal here still. Well, I guess it's the "new normal." Everyone is still wearing masks, and cases are increasing -- mostly from people coming back from other places. Anyone who arrives in HK is tagged with a wristband and has to home quarantine for 2 weeks. We have a couple of those in our building, which is quite stressful.
