Mr. Michael Smelík obtained a masters degree from Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic. Mr. Smelik's first major achievement was that he received a representation of ONE FOR TWO company , based in Vienna, for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This was a multi-level marketing campaign, bringing together up to 600 hotels, restaurants, clubs, cinemas, etc. in the Czech edition of the catalog.Since 1994, he has decided to use the much-expanded OFT logo and has expanded its activities with OFT Brokers and has become the 7th non-bank member of the Prague Stock Exchange, OFT Invest, the real estate investment, OFT Consult, advising and optimizing financial flows. Since 2007 Mr. Smelik's activities have focused on investing and managing production facilities in the glass and energy sectors, and on an increasing segment of renewable resources, which continues to date and includes several of its personally-controlled corporate structures. Mr. Smelik and his partners have already finished projects with a cumulative volume of 1GW in Hydro and PV. At present, Mr. Smelik has begun to focus on Eastern Europe and the Eurasian region, where he wants to become a major player in this highly perspective market.
