I will give my opinion...

IRNC appears to be a dummy public company to pay their salary and to file their patent. Also, in my opinion they are probably licensing their patent to other companies. If so, are licensing revenue showing up in the filings?

In other words, we all own a percentage of nothing, so it would be wise to no longer invest in this company. Let them dilute the stock, but no one should buy the stock and it they reverse split, dump the stock. because you will lose everything.
