It's an important thing for all shareholder classes to take note of especially since the courts are declaring direct claims have no standing but are seriously proposing derivative claims to be awarded directly to the Enterprise's. This immediately raises the common owner's equity immensely with the possibility of meeting the capital rule without an IPO to raise more capital or at least greatly diminish the amount needing to be raised.
