There is truth in it

Dablood isn’t on the approved China list nor is Daan for serology kits ( Daan is on the list for its PCR kit)

So the only way to get them out would be illegally

If you search google you will see articles of authorities seizing covid tests kits that were labeled differently in an attempt to sneak them past customs.

If they get past customs there shouldn’t be an issue in the USA since dablood is listed on the fda site. I saw some news about USA customs seizing kits that were headed to a residential address so USA customs are checking for dodgy stuff too but that shouldn’t affect PRED.

However leaving China is a different issue. China is embarrassed at the dodgy test kit news so they clamped down April 1
