The patent is not worthless. With regards to not having done anything with it - the patent cites TWENTY-SIX other patents, none of which are owned by any company associated with Bravatek.

IP law is a real thing - and anyone or any entity that would utilize an unawarded patent that cites other patents would be engaging in exposure to patent infringement. In this case, to Google, Dell, Symantec, and Samsung, among others.
