I wouldn't call it sloppy, I would call it flat out destructive.

The way this appears to have been handled makes this board look like a bunch of amateurs.

Whether Art was fired or quit this could have been handled much differently. Not to have a replacement is pathetic no matter what the circumstance is. Instead they say they are hiring a respected search firm. What a ******* joke!

They had to have know the reaction here. Well maybe not hence they are idiots!!!
