There are in fact criminals with ties to this company. Andrew Currah and his wife Penny (Ismindy) Currah were involved in a Findore insider trading scam, and they have acquired quite a few shares. Andrew Currah leases land to Joshua Gold.

In this if you scroll down to page 13 you will see that they both own stock. Penny owns 5.4m shares...how did she get these????
