The amount of money Ackman has made with the crash few weeks back dwarfs what he may make with gses. He has made huge billions in gains. At this time this is just a pocket change for him and he can literally pay the lawyers out of his pocket (no pun intended)

So if public still continues to see this alone as hedge fund greed and not the big crash encashing (nobody complained on it), what to say....
