Steve, it seems curious you would split hairs over a tenth of a penny when your cost average is ten cents. Even at .011 or .012, you could lower your cost basis a ton, and waiting for .01 with what they have in the pipe seems risky to me. IMO, the main question is will this company survive, and if you conclude "yes" as I have, these prices are looking pretty good. Just an observation and my opinion only. . . Good luck whatever you decide
