So today WSTI lost the legal battle and is now judged to be in default...they didn't even respond to the suit.

JUDGMENT AND ORDER: THEREFORE, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED: That the Court enter judgment against Defendant For damages in the amount of $414,381.13, For attorneys' fees in the amount of $19,125.00; and, For costs in the amount of $475.00.
