stlogic: I heard an interesting statistic on a recent podcast (from Craig Hemke of TFMetalsReport.com). Hemke said that the world currently has 1% of its assets in precious metals. In 1980, at the height of the previous stagflation market cycle, the world held about 8% of its assets in precious metals. Calculating from a current price of # $1750 that would make gold up to @ $14,000 an ounce and silver at @ $130.00 an ouce.....Food for thought.
