I don't agree with Horst on this one in particular, I think they do have these contracts and that they are getting the orders they claim they are getting. I think their filings are real. They are driving down costs and debt while increasing revenue. This will see paper land again, as early as August, or as late as next year.

IMHO.

Even at .01 this is a steal.

But also, Horst has been right in other places. He could very well be right here. I just don't agree at the moment. Unless someone can prove all these filings are fraudulent, I won't agree that this is a scam until I see both May and August filings.
