BOGUS FAKE ACQUISITION THAT'S WHY NO 8-K.

the stock was sub penny so they had to come up with some sort of a pump to raise the shares. knowing that they were going to release another horrible 10K.
now the market knows what this scam is hiding.

it could get them suspended for covert 19 scam stock.
