A friend of mine and I started making a batch of beer the saturday before the lockdown in the SF Bay area so he had to do the second step, the bottling without me. It further ferments in the bottles as you add a but of sugar. The three week post-bottling was just reached and I picked up my share sunday, so no need for BevMo. We made a dark Stout and it is delicious.Its name Black Death Stout is sadly fitting.
