I've got 100% confirmation that the SEC is investigating this total fraud and scam - a computer medical "software" company suddenly claiming to be a "COVID-19 test kit supplier" in massive quantities- when they have almost no cash, no facilities except an office "suite" at a NY address and their partner in this scam is some bullshit 2-bit micro outfit called ReThink MyHealthcare - a private, micro company with no cash, no assets either.

Rethink is some bullshit "join and pay" private health insurance sorta micro scam- $60 bucks a month and you supposedly get "health insurance" but now they're going to get $10s of MILLION in COVID KITS, LMAO?

They have a few employees, "maybe" $2 million in annual sales and NOTHING much else- a tiny facility in New Jersey. The perps running that con are heading for criminal charges on this one.
