So I agree with you. And I try to keep a balanced honest perspective with VRUS and I am a very long time holder.

I don’t understand how Nutribrands and every other deal is 8k worthy, but the ZC Too mask manufacturing is not. I find this very peculiar.

Also - I agree - how they were able to pull the trigger con essentially a 3rd world country business with confidence in operations and financial is mind blowing - however they are simply a cash infusion to feel up backlog, they are not acquiring the operation or assets...just infusing cash to help increase capacity. But I agree. Now I’ll admit, Anshu said they had been following and in touch with this company for months and it was just opportunistic. So idk.

Overall, I don’t like the mask move. The last CC Anshu said they weren’t going into CBD products bc that was not their focus as a food company...but now we have kicked a type of food company to the curb (NB) and moved into durable medical supply goods. It’s a weird move.

Heck if you go play around in nutribrands website you actually get this weird feel the whole NB thing is a scam....maybe as they did more DD they figured this out idk.

Although I don’t care - I just want them to make money so we get SP appreciation....but I find it a weird move. Then factor on that it has so much potential but yet can’t get an 8k.

The feeling around VRUS has changed for me since Nov....not as much transparency, late AF filings, weird auditor situation, nutribrands fell apart...who knows why, now you have this weird conference call technical issue (I know this is no biggie, but it’s weird man, weird)

I’m just saying - I like what the revenues and assets (mainly receivables) are showing on the financials but I can’t say I like the way VRUS is operating right now.

No one on their board will hear any of this...I’ll just get dirty messages, but facts still remain
