Insiders often trade illegally by leaking information to an outside co-conspirator who trades on the leaked info. This is common in pink sheet schemes, this will not show up in required disclosures. I’m not saying it’s definitely happening here but there is definitely a tendency for information to leak out here. I think it’s probably happening here.
