Do some research. Those contracts don't generally establish allowance to work for one day and then CFO can voluntarily quit and still severance of a year of salary and paid health benefits. And, CFO gets paid more than CEO?

Previous CFO quit two days before 10-K was due, yet he's still hired on as consultant, yet CFO Speck wouldn't stay-on in the CFO position to file Surge's delayed 10-K filing with SEC, and yet while Surge Holdings currently has no CFO at all. Shady sh*t. $SURG is a scam.
