Agree Standing Pat. Market Cap is too Cheap here! the offering price is for financing is much higher. the companies they brought in under their umbrella are at much higher prices. They need to raise money but can grow organically while we wait.

Technically there was 2.4 million shares at .0023. I think he sold part of his position so when he gets taken out we scream higher. Not flipping this one.
