It seems by reading the posts here and elsewhere and with the news release by Axis,the spec is centered on Libyan oil concessions and the date of Dec 20th when concession news comes out.

So as we get closer to that date, this should move higher on that speculation.

With Fletcher involved, there is an idea of a deal in Indonesia, where his business interests ar located.
But,the speculation here has been intense that its Libya.
IF the speculation is true and Axis is piggybacked with someone, then this will gap up in a huge way.

So it comes down to how gutsy you are as to buying and holding
Might be 20Xodds on your passline bet.. or better
