If you have traded stocks for many years you would be aware of the OTC toxicity factor which is more prevalent because of the difficulty in getting legitimate loans. Many had to resort to selling shares to corrupt lenders in order to stay afloat. It wasn't always like this. I think it started around 2008 when we had the market crash because of the loan scandal. That's my take. I don't believe the company or Hartman is toxic just conditions. Any news concerning approval here will change things drastically imo.
