Now both Cytodyn and Nader are the subject of a lawsuit related to that acquisition for breach of
contract. Cytodyn has in the past, and still does pay for stock promotion from bad actors. The money coming in now is from the exercise of options at much lower prices. They have yet to attract a serious
investment banker, have zero analysts following, no institutional ownership reported. What they do
have is a great promotion here, not only is the company promoting, but they have a board full of
promoters on this site as well. I mean, what could go wrong here?
