There is no mention anywhere that I can find on the internet that the reason for bankruptcy had to do with the acquisition of Neo Material Technologies Inc. but rather because the price of REE's dropped precipitously due to China initially witholding REE supply then flooding the marketplace with cheap REEs and additional supply from Australia and Malaysia coming on board.
